STA UK LTD can carry out various types of building inspections and surveys. These range from brief inspections in order to report on minor dampness and water ingress problems in buildings, to detailed pre-acquisition surveys, building condition surveys, Homebuyer Reports, prior to a building being purchased.

Measured Surveys -If you require floor plans, elevations, sections or any other specific details, we can accurately measure your current property and input the detail onto our Computer Aided Design systems to produce scale drawings. These can then be used for planning your furniture layout, estate/facilities management, devising property development strategies, or for legislative purposes, such as fire regulations or licensing.

Schedule of Condition Surveys - A schedule of condition survey is generally commissioned before the signing of a lease in order to determine the condition of a building so that any existing defects and their repair costs are identified prior to any commitment being made.

Commercial Building Surveys - If you are considering the purchase or leasing a commercial property we can undertake an inspection tailored to your needs. The report includes detailed technical information on materials and construction, as well as details of the whole range of defects.
